Works directly with internal clients to review and analyze commercial contracts in accordance with established protocols and attorney guidance. It also supports attorneys in connection with complex transactional matters, including joint ventures, acquisitions, venture capital investments and other projects.

Seeking an Operations Specialist with 4 plus years of financial services experience supporting the trading of futures, options, equities and F/X. Position includes reconciliation (position and cash), trade PnL, trade capture as well as other duties to support the firm’s trading activities.
