We currently have multiple needs across the product spectrum for various trading desks.
Opportunities exist from analyst (0-2 years) to VP/Managers (8-12 years) who will work closely with traders, risk and valuation teams to produce daily P&Ls and analyze them for risk, market trends and product performance, so as to provide an assessment of how well the trader is performing. These positions offer excellent front office exposure in addition to high visibility and promotability.
Main Responsibilities include:
Ensuring timely and accurate calculation, verification, and reporting of daily P&L and analytics
Monitoring trading activities for compliance with various related policies
Detailed daily/monthly commentary on P&L movement
Balance Sheet substantiation for month end
Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Key Requirements:
You possess a degree in Finance, Economics or similar areas.
You have prior experience in a similar role within an investment bank.
You have a strong understanding of financial products and markets such as Equities, Bonds, FX, Interest Rates, Credit, Commodities, Structured Products and Derivatives.
You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
You are result oriented, organized, can prioritize effectively and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment.
