Our client is a large multi-strategy hedge fund looking for a strong Business Analyst / Project Manager to execute strategic projects and initiatives within their Equities / Derivative middle and back office. The position requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills and a demonstrated history of process improvement across middle/back office functions. The candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and technical development teams to define business requirements, build consensus, and execute on product strategy. Successful candidates will have 6-20+ years of Business Analysis experience with mid and back office workflows for Equities and Equity Derivatives, strong trade clearing and settlement expertise and full trade life cycle knowledge across multiple products and strategies..
