Global P&C insurance company in NYC is looking for a “temp to perm” Accountant to join their HR team. The team is in the NYC office 2-3 times/week.

Responsibilities include the following:

• Manage invoicing for both domestic and international vendors.

• Monitor HR and payroll accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with reconciliations.

• Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports related to HR expenditures, budgets, and forecasting.

• Conduct periodic audits of global HR or payroll financial data to identify errors, discrepancies, or potential areas for improvement.

• Participate in cross-functional HR projects and initiatives, providing financial expertise and insights as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of general accounting experienceication skills.

• Experience with Workday a Plus

Salary: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
