Our client is a highly successful and growing Mortgage company with a 20+ year track record. They are based in the NJ/NY area and can accommodate remote work options. Comp based on experience.
Lead Aggregator in the Marketing department will be responsible for developing and managing mutually profitable relationships with lead vendor aggregators and call transfer providers. Influence and direct channel agnostic lead generation strategies to acquire and retain high quality, multi-line customers across a portfolio of mortgage products. Manage the feedback loop with the leadership team and monitor performance trends to understand internal and external factors impacting performance, how to beat the sales plan and drive the adoption of best practices. Develop recommendations to optimize & maximize results. Manage a small team of 2-4 people
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business discipline or related experience.
- Generally more than 7 years related experience with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Financial services and mortgage experience a strong plus. Extensive experience in planning, data driven decision making, and relationship management with a track record of accomplishment in complex sales environments.
- Proven experience with influencing and managing mutually beneficial third party relationships.
