Responsibilities include collaborating with the team on compensation, training, immigration, benefits, reporting, and employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and impeccable judgment. Will possess keen attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to execute under pressure. Candidate should have 6+ years of relevant experience and strong reporting/analytics experience. Working knowledge of compensation reporting is a decided plus.
