Overview

Responsibilities

  • Researches and recommends agenda items for the Management Compensation Committee
  • Manages compensation program design
  • Recommends enhancements or changes to current compensation programs, policies and processes
  • Reviews outside director compensation
  • Preparations of executive compensation
  • Participates in salary surveys, maintains executive compensation policies and procedures, and prepares compensation-related communications
  • Performs compensation-related merger/acquisition/divestiture work
  • Provides compensation support as needed: special projects, broad-based compensation…etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • At least 5+ years of solid experience working in the area of executive compensation
  • Equity plan¬†experience required
  • Global compensation experience preferred
  • Experience working with senior management, boards and compensation committees
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions is a plus
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
