Overview

Responsibilities

  • ¬†Create and implement common methodology
  • Acts as a business leader for the coordination of testing and migration for HR technology upgrades.
  • Serve as the point of contact to Technology for HR platforms and systems
  • Identify and execute opportunities for improving the effectiveness of processes
  • Drives system implementation of the HCM platform
  • Provides guidance on complex HR systems issues
  • Manage the Workday HCM platform
  • Lead the development, delivery and maintenance of the Workday end-user training and education
  • Oversees corporate compensation programs
  • Ensures jobs are priced according to the market

Requirements

  • 7-10 years Human Resources experience with expertise in compensation and benefits
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Accounting experience
  • Experience in benefit program administration
  • HRIS Implementation experience (workday preferred)
  • CEBS, CCP Certification desirable
  • Accounting or actuarial experience preferred
