Our client, a large global banking institution, is looking for multiple Client Service professionals at the AVP and VP level. The CSM is an internal advocate for the Asset Servicing function and an external advocate for the client in the resolution of service questions or issues. The CSM must respond to multiple ad hoc client issues at varying levels of complexity. The CSM will act as the client advocate gaining a strategic understanding of Client’s overall business, operating model and trading strategies in an effort to assist them to operate in a streamlined fashion with the bank; have accountability for ensuring Client’s daily global service requirements are achieved end-to-end and actively monitor service delivery for all services/products that the client is taking. The CSM coordinates with all AS functional departments and related Bank entities that deliver services to each of the incumbent s assigned clients.
- 5-15 years of financial services experience within a client service, operations, fund service or custody / asset servicing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA, or CPA desired.
