Responsibilities

  • Designs and develops marketing campaign ensuring a strong strategy for marketing graduate recruitment programs
  • Develops a comprehensive strategy to attract and select candidates
  • Targets a younger audience (17-25)
  • Data mining/web analytics
  • Manages multi-channel campaigns
  • Focuses on controls and risk environments
  • Ensures digital campaigns ate supporting, complementing and fully integrated into more traditional channels
  • Supports the delivery of campaigns that provide efficient personalization and segmentation of our target audiences
  • Boosts presence in key social media platforms
  • Delivers innovative and efficient solutions
  • Website management and liaising with recruiters to ensure messaging is accurate and up to date and eye catching
  • Ensures timely and efficient archival and removal, candidates should have confidence in the accuracy of the data they are viewing
  • Designs internal stakeholder communication strategy that engages and updates the business on recruitment successes, emerging trends and challenges faced
  • Creates forums to facilitate business feedback, ideas anf improved engagement and support
  • Creates effective working partnerships with all external vendors
  • Establishes clear deliverable and timelines
  • Write clear breifs detailing objectives and desired outcomes
  • Manages ongoing relationships
  • Reviews external research, summarizing trends and key findings
  • Data analytics; ensuring we have accurate marketing data to support campaign decisions
  • Work to ensure we have website data mining information and this is fed into subsequent amendments and changes. Our campaigns should be driven by meaningful data analytics

Requirements

  • 4 year Bachelor’s degree
  • 6+ years of proven experience in Developing Marketing and Recruitment Campaigns
  • Knowledge of campus recruitment cycle nuances of attracting campus talent
  • Marketing expertise (website design & multi-channel marketing)
  • Strong understanding of key social media platforms
  • Write and contribute to social media and digital strategy/content
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education landscape
  • Data mining/web analytics
  • Strong data management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal
