Overview

Responsibilities

  • Manages health & welfare benefits plan
  • Provide financial evaluations, review contract compliance
  • Work closely with vendors Reports and monitors metrics
  • Performs data trend and analysis
  • Evaluate the impact of enterprise wellness
  • Review rate setting and employee cost sharing
  • Monitors and administers internal health & welfare compliance
  • Provides recommendations for plan changes
  • Monitor eligible dependent eligibility
  • Address operational issues
  • Interpret, summarize and report findings on benchmark data
  • Assists in the development of project budgets and financial reports
  • Understand health & welfare products
  • Serves as lead relationship manager with vendors and consultants
  • Manages the direction and productivity of managers as a team

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree; Business or Accounting background strongly preferred
  • CEBS certification preferred
  • 8-10 years of experience managing sophisticated health & welfare plans with current knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations
